Return & Exchange Policy

1. No General Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon delivery.

2. Returns for Damaged Products

Returns are only accepted for items that are received in a damaged condition.

You must initiate the return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with photos of the damage to thialoungewear@gmail.com.

3. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed and must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to thialoungewear@gmail.com.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

4. If Requested Size is Unavailable

A store credit will be issued equal to the product's value (excluding any delivery charges).

Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on any future purchase.

5. If Requested Size is Available

We will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner to exchange your product.

A flat ₹100 exchange shipping charge will apply. To proceed, please email us at thialoungewear@gmail.com with your exchange request. Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid payment link for ₹100. After the payment is completed, we will initiate the return pickup and dispatch the new size.
